(MUET, Task 2) The different essay 'formats'
This blog post will focus on the 3 different formats (problem-solution, discursive, and argumentative) that you can choose to develop your writing.
It is important to first understand that MUET Task 2 Writing really depends on how you want to develop it. The question is open and it is you who decide the format that you wish to develop your writing. Typically, there are 3 ways you can structure your essay for MUET Task 2.
Problem Solution Essay
Expository/ Discursive
Argumentative

Now, let's look at some questions and how you can approach it.
Question 1:
“Civic-mindedness is lacking in our society today”. Do you agree with the statement?
Question 2:
“Kindness is disappearing in society today”. Do you agree with the statement?
